Beanie Sigel's Verbal Darts To T.I & Jay-Z

At Freeway's show the other day, The Broad Street Bully went in on Jay-Z mostly, but had some words for T.I. at the end about how quickly he came home off those gun charges.
Basically, Beans' formula for a Jay diss seem to be the ultimate compliment. I could be wrong, but using Jay-Z verses, but modifying them is somewhat flattering, no? Beans is an amazing rapper, why he rapping a altered Hov verse?
